At The Water's Edge

Clear Your Clutter by Karen L. Kingston

"Hi, I'm Andrew Shearer and I'm a hoarder...."

Okay, a bit dramatic but that is how I can imagine a 12-step program going for hoarders.

I haven't watched them but I'm aware of a spate of "hoarding" programs on TV at the moment. I might not watch them as they could be too close to the truth for me. In a way I'm exagerating but I think perhaps I keep stuff too much and need to do some clearing out.

I've only just got Karen Kingston's book (I went to the bookshop looking for something else, couldn't find it and discovered this which seemed much more urgent and applicable to buy. That's not the first time that has happened.) Obviously I haven't read it all yet but actually what I have read makes a lot of sense with respect to your house mirroring your inner state (that reflection thing again) and that clutter can block the flow of energy etc.
