NEWS 2010

Well, finally, at long last, the songs have gone off for mastering. The last ten weeks have been a bit of slog but hopefully it's been worth it. In fact I know it has, I'm just a bit too close to it all to be able to tell the wood for the trees at the moment. I guess we're looking at mid to late February (2010!) for release now. Anyway, this week I'm going to have a break from recording and get on with business end of things before I start having to listen to the masters. Need to start rehearsing again too. And I need to start writing again: I stopped getting up at 5.00am about November time when the mixing started to take all my focus.That was a bad habit to break, more fool me. My belly is saying I shouldn't have stopped the exercise either. I guess that makes me a bigger fool. (I know, I know, it's the way I tell 'em).

Anyway, is it too late to wish you all a Happy New Year? Have a good one, hopefully I'll get to see some of you.
